BE YOU is a summer program crafted for kids aged 6-11, aiming to provide them with the essential tools and resources to develop emotional intelligence.

Our curriculum takes participants through a 5-day program, each with a distinct objective: fostering self-discovery and have fun! Additionally, we practice yoga and meditation as tools to achieve our mission.
